Horse and Person Data File Formats

  * The Horse File is split in two files. Horse1.csv contains Horse records
    From A to L, Horse2.csv contain records M to Z. Each of these files can
    be viewed with Excel.

People.csv file

1. NRHA member number.
2. Name.
3. City.
4. State.
5. Country.
6. MemberExpires Date. 
7. NonPro ("True" or "").
8. AgeGroup ("Y"=Youth, "P"=Prime Time) (This is NOT Member Type or Status)


Horse.csv file

1. NRHA license number.
2. Horse name.
3. Owners names.
4. Owners NRHA numbers.
5. Ownership begin date.
6. Ownership end date (12/31/2999 if current owner).
7. Sex.
8. Foal Year.
9. City. (Owners)
10. State.
11. Country.


Details

 * Both Horse and Person data tables are in CSV (Comma Separated Values) format
   and are compressed into one standard ZIP file named "Data.ZIP".

 * The Data.zip file is only available for download on the Member's only page of
   the NRHA web site, by approved show officers and secretaries

 * Horse table can contain multiple records per horse, one for each current or 
   past owner.

 * The person data table is not to be used to verify current members as it 
   contains both past and current member information.
